It's Friday and there are no delays, so I'm off on my journey with CSC Team 7 to Kenya. It was a very strange experience leaving my wife and four children, whom I've never been a part from for more than five days. It seems we were all prepared to say goodbye, but none of us fully comprehend the magnitude of being apart for a month. Every little kid I see at the airport reminds me of mine, and I already miss them. So, for all the future IBM CSC participants who are leaving family and are reading this blog, be prepared.
There is good news though, at least I am upgraded to first class to JFK and economy comfort to AMS, which is better than nothing.
